Love this tool! Sure makes life easier. Surprisingly powerful, but I guess the price of that strong little motor is the loudness of it, which means that I cannot get my 11-year-old with sensitive ears to use it (will try ear plugs). I like that the cord is short; on one hand it may seem like a hassle to have to re-plug it often, but on the other hand, just think of it as exercise, folks. The shorter cord keeps the weight down when coiled up, and is quicker to coil up. Same with the cord wrap--just think of it as exercise as you hold up the vacuum while coiling it. I also like how it's so easy to swing it around that my forearms are getting the perfect little workout. The slightly too-short handle can be OK if you just make sure to lead with your hips while vacuuming, meaning do not stoop but almost jut the hips a little forward as you vacuum. I love this thing. It's a powerful little tool. First, despite the low power motor on it, this thing has great suction power! I love that it doesn't lose too much power when the cup is full. It's also powerful enough to use on low pile rugs. I'm so surprised. I have a Siberian Husky that sheds like crazy--and this stick vac EASILY handles the copious amounts of puffy dog fur I am always having to vacuum off my floors. It's super easy to use. Has great weight balance, so it's really easy to manuever. Very light. The telescoping handle is great. It works equally well as a handheld or a stick vac. The crevice attachment is great--but even without it, the vac gets nearly everything out of corners already. Easy to clean. I have had numerous types of these devices, this is by far the best one! $20 at Walmart. Best $20 I ever spent.Customer Review: ANTOnline is an unreliable vendor.

I ordered in time for delivery by Christmas. 5 days after the item was supposed to ship, I received an email (which happened just 2 days before Christmas) stating that my order had been canceled. No further explanation than this was provided. When I called Amazon to inquire about why the order had been canceled, they were finally able -- after a little under 15 minutes of searching -- to determine that ANTOnline does not have the item in stock even though they still list 8 available on their website. Needless to say, my wife won't be receiving one of the 2 items she requested for Christmas this year... all because ANTOnline is incapable of updating the availability of their products on their website. I find this to be not only poor customer service but also lazy and irresponsible. I DO NOT recommend using the vendor ANTOnline.Customer Review: A few more feet on the power cord and it would be 5 stars!

This is an awesome product. It's very powerful yet very lightweight. I have a 4 year old and he can vacuum his own room now! My ONLY gripe is that the cord is shorter than I would like it to be but that is easily fixed with an extension cord. I own a house cleaning service and I have used it on every type of floor you could name. It isn't something I would recommend for a carpet that needs a thorough deep clean, but it is ideal for routine cleans, spot cleaning and especially hard surface floors that don't require the kind of suction that a carpet might. The handle retracts and the floor attachment comes off and you've got a hand held vac that works great under couch cushions and removes those nasty little dead bugs from windowsills and tracks. This is a complete revision of an earlier review in which I complained about noise and hard-to-access dust cup - would now give it 4 stars but apparently am not allowed to change my initial rating during an "edit". Once I learned to press the release completely, I find the dust cup easy to access. It does a good job of picking up cat hairs and bits/pieces from the carpet surface and hardwood; the dust cup holds a much larger quantity than I would have expected from a vacuum this size. So lightweight - easy to grab out of a closet and give the house a once over. Would have given it 5 stars if it were not so noisy - I use earplugs when running it. People who seem to expect this vacuum to substitute for a full-size on carpet aren't being reasonable - this one does a great job for what it is intended.
