This little vacuum definitely goes beyond my expectations. I vacuumed all my new laminate floors with it. The head on it is small enough that I was able to get into and under some places my regular vacuum won't go. It's virtually a dust buster with telescoping wand for handle. It is more powerful though. It picked up pet hair and all dust/crumbs on the floor. Don't count on it for vacuuming your carpet. It's not really designed for that. My only complaint, as others mentioned, is the short cord. I specifically wanted the cord vacuum because my experience with cordless floor cleaners is just about the time you wish to use it, you have to charge the battery and that can take several hours. When they say "lightweight" they mean it. It's almost like a toy, but it performs very well.Customer Review: Great little vacuum!

This is a great little vacuum for quick pick-ups on non-carpeted floors.I bought this to replace a Eureka electric broom that finally wore out after years of use. We have 1500 sq ft of laminate wood flooring, and with two dogs and two cats, their fur accumulates quickly...under tables,under the couch,in corners,etc. This vacuum gets into small spaces,is light weight,and very easy to use.It picks up so much off the floor that I find it best to clean the filter after each use (easy to get to and easy to clean).An added bonus is the wand attachment that fits right into the bottom of the vacuum.The only reason I gave it four rather than five stars is that the cord is very short...around 15 feet...and I've had to add an extension cord to it in order to maneuver around furniture.Customer Review: Sweeeeet vac!!

I had a Eureka Lightweight Stick Vac years ago and I ended up giving this to my husband to use at his office. I was soooo happy to find this again at Amazon and cheaper than my other. Another bonus to this vac is that you can use it as a small hand vac! My other Eureka didn't have this. I have had two Black & Decker Dust Busters, which lost power within two years..junk! This vac has super suction power!! When using this as a sweeper, the handle easily extends out and then collapses back for the hand vac. The only drawback is the cord is too short, but that's just minor. I just attach an extension cord to it.
Bottom line: Buy this instead of a Dust Buster. You'll be very happy with it!

When I unpacked my little Eureka I was disappointed and thought that there must have been some mistake in my order---it looked so tiny and flimsy. I assembled it, tried it out, and low and behold it proved to be a hard-working little vacuum. It does a better job of picking up dog hair (I have two Black Labs) and dust than any other vacuum I have ever owned. It's very easy to empty and clean the filter, the cord is long enough that I don't have to keep unplugging it constantly, it's very light, sweeps under the bed and other furniture, the handle can be retracted for storage, and it can even be used as a hand vac! But most importantly--it does a super job of getting my floors clean. Great buy!Customer Review: Better than full-sized.

I've been through three full-sized vacs looking for one as good as this one - my oldest, bag-using Hoover Elite was as good at vacuuming, but much heavier. The two Hoovers I've bought since then, with and without bags, haven't been half as good at getting up dog fur and kitty litter. So now, I'm just buying a second Boss for the downstairs. It even handles couch cushions and other upholstery - the only thing it doesn't do is get into nooks and crannies, since it doesn't have attachments. I use this vacuum several times a week, since there's no "hauling out" or "cord wrapping" or other headaches to deal with - fifteen minutes, and the job is done. Can't recommend it enough.
