Customer Review: A great price for a brand name product

This is a fantastic buy of a quality brand name product. I wanted to purchase a vacuum that needed these bags and saw to my disgust that the store did not even sell replacement bags. Stores that carry these bags have a price at least double the cost of what these bags available here cost. Granted you buy a larger quantity here than what you would where these bags are available, when you can find them; but they don't take up much room, you can put them on a shelf, in a drawer or hang them on a hook in a shopping bag with other items for your vacuum. I tell everyone about the availability of these and I know of no one who has complained. They agree it's okay to have a few months or a years' supply of bags tucked away to save the money that you would be forced to pay elsewhere.Customer Review: supposed to be eureka vacuum bags

Items came, but not as pictured nor described. Nowhere in the description does it state that the product is a GENERIC vacuum bag. I placed my order on the belief that it was a Eureka product and that it was as pictured. Would have purchased them at my local store, but they are constantly unavailable. Disappointed that the merchant chose to not advertise properly. I was given 3 "free" generic bags, but that doesn't make up for the lack of proper advertising.Customer Review: Beware of shipping costs

The bags are fine, of course. However, I was charged shipping fees that were more than the cost of the bags. The free shipping that applied to the vacuum cleaner in the same order did not apply to the bags since it came from a different vendor. I worked it out with Amazon (as a credit on future purchase), but I still don't appreciate paying $10 for $4 worth of merchandise, nor do I appreciate taking time out of my day to try to straighten like this out.Customer Review: Information about packsges and boxes caused confusion.

It's misleading about how many items in a package. At first, I thought each box had 6 bags (or 6 packages?) so I ordered 3 boxes and expected to have 3 x 6 = 18 new bags (enough to use for 1 year). But it turned out that each box had 6 packages, each package had 3 new bags, so I had mistakenly ordered 3 boxes x 6 packages x 3 new bags = 54 new bags!!! May I return some of them for a refund? Service was very good from the vendor. The bags work just fine. The only thing I am disappointed in is that the bags are made in China. I think next time I will just buy the bags locally, even though they cost a little bit more, as the local vendor carries bags made in the U.S. Otherwise, the service and product from the supplier was very good.
