Customer Review: Hand N' Hide Laundry Holder let me down

This product is almost worthless. When I took the product out of the box the ball and spring in the arm that stabilizes the unit (once it is pulled out) flew across the room. Rather than be out more shipping, handling and hassel, I fixed it. Once mounted to the wall the right arm flops. I tried tightening the screws to no avail. I hung about five (5) "dry" light-weight blouses on the unit and have the feeling the unit is going to fall right off the wall one day. With the economy like it is, I considered this a treat for myself. Not so. I'm out about $25.00 and won't be buying anything from this company again.
