Customer Review: Great for nighttime use in the home

I bought several of these just because they were nifty. When I got them I realized that for nighttime use, when the kids wake up, these are great. A short burst of energy gives a very bright light. The only issue is the light does not last long. But I can pull the cord 5-10 times and light up the hall all the way to the kids room. Then I can pull the cord a few more times and go back to bed. Saves batteries and works fine for what it is. Also, if the kids don't want to wake up in the morning, a few pulls, a flip of the switch, and the siren makes a great wake up call.
I like it and I think they are worth the dough. I have had a flashlight go dead and not have any batteries, so this is a good deal.
