Got their customer service ph number off the internet. I called and it ask me to call a second number which is a recording that ask me to call the first number. I ordered a extension hose off their web site and they shipped me the wrong one. I sent emails and got the same no answer type of run around. Customer Review: Disposable pressure washer

I bought a slightly older version of this model in 2006 (the 1750). I used it lightly (deck and driveway a couple times a year), and while it worked, it was just what I needed. But this Spring when I pulled it out of storage, the pressure had dropped to a level barely above what a normal garden hose would produce.
The company was helpful in that they tried resolving the issue over a few emails, but when we exhausted the obvious possibilities, they stopped responding.
I was hoping that for light duty applications like mine, I wouldn't have to buy a more expensive gas pressure washer, but given my experience and everything I've heard from others that have had electric washers, their quality is just too low to be a smart long-term purchase. So I won't be buying electric again; guess I'll look for a better quality gas powered washer.

The power washer was for my husband. He wanted one with 3000 PSI but it is only for our house and I felt 3000 is way too much for our need. I bought this model because it was favorably reviewed by more than 50 people. It is sturdy and user friendly. My husband used it about a week ago and he is very satisfied with it. I looked at the results: the siding of our house is definitely much "brighter" because it is clean, and the mold was gone. He also used it for the ceiling of the front porch as well as the floor, and it definitely did the job. The motor didn't stop intermittently either, w/c was the common complaint on this model. For the price and the purpose the washer was intended for, I would highly recommend this product. Customer Review: Its one slick machine.

After reading some of the negative reviews on this product I was really wondering if I was making a mistake in buying this washer. I was very careful putting on the hose to make sure I didnt cross thread, and everything went well and works great. Its light and easy to use, only runs when you pull the trigger to wash. Great buy for the money.

I removed the inlet plug, hooked up the hoses, turned on the water, and watched as all the water poured directly out of the bottom of the unit. Hence the title of my review.
