Customer Review: HOT HOT but othewise Great but need an LED as bright

I have 14 of these to light my home office on ceiling strips which look great and perfect light.
HOWEVER, office very hard to cool below 80 - have air controls in next room open area to office and have to be too cool there (about 73) to keep office below 80. I am in Phoenix so huge problem and electric bill in summer. Even at night down to 70 recently with big door open and fans blowing in cool night air very hard to get below 80.
Have had energy audit done with camera that measures heat. I also have five 23 inch Samsung monitors that give off some heat but very minor compared to the hot halogens.
I need for enough light my 14 x 50 watts and until recently LEDs I found that were this equivalent were over $100 each but now seem to be rapidly dropping.
I just tried an Aeon Lighting Technology Aurora V2 GU10 7W True White Aeon Lighting Technology Aurora V2 GU10 7W True White for $24.99 via Amazon.
Supposedly 1 watt of LED = 7 watts equivalent of Halogen so 7x7 = 49 or about the same 50 watt Feits. What I missed is the HUGE color difference. Feit claims "whiter, brighter, cooler"
Not sure if brighter means the FEIT 50 watts is brighter than others. Tried to compare lumans but depends on distance away and while I find the lumans rating on LEDs so far don't find it for the Feit or if its even a good comparison.
Whiter - well nothing like the TOO WHITE of the ALTLED totally brilliant pure while is too harsh but no other color like warm or soft white given. I don't know if the FEITS would be called warm or soft white?
Cooler - you can feel lots of radiant heat from the FEITs but that is typical of Halogen and my problem. With the LED, virtually no radiant heat felt although if touch base or bulb itself is hot but not burn fingers hot like halogen. But most important no radiant heat.
From limited testing (have to wait for halogens to cool before I can even touch the base) the LEDs at 7 watts total do not seem as bright as the 50 watt FEITs. But the intense white is the biggest problem, fortunately I only bought one as a test and may try and return it (came today). Itlooks like the manufacturer ALTLED has soft and warm white but only the harsh true white is offered yet by Amazon.
LED as advertised seems to have no significant radiant heat which is my biggest issue. Now just have to find or wait till a better LED equivalence is available.
Other than the heat issue I like the FEITs and have used them for years for nice lighting but also like a furnace for heat which I do not want in my Phoenix office other than maybe for 2 months when we sometimes need heat at night.
