Customer Review: Solid attractive little safe. Like Honeywell more than Sentry models.

We're actually putting in an order for a 2nd one of these after owning one for over a year now. We tried the smaller briefcase looking safe from Sentry and Honeywell first and liked the Honeywell much more and decided to get this bigger version. Both the Honeywell and Sentry have locks on them but from what we could tell you could easily break either of them. Because the locks were flimsy (we weren't concerned with locking it, just giving some added fire/flood protection to some of our stuff) we went with the Honeywell because it was much more aesthetically appealing and we liked the feel of the clamp and the way it latched shut and had the button to pop it open. Opening it almost seemed fun :). We really like the smoothness on both the outside and inside and are glad we made the purchase. A recessed handle would have been nice, but the flat top actually worked out well since we often put our laptops on the safe when we charge them.
