This is a really nice product. Since it allows you to use hanging folders, you can keep it nice and organized. I don't agree with it being all that heavy as some stated. 37 lbs is really not that much. If it were any lighter, it couldn't do the job it's intended for. I think people are getting to used to light-weight junk and don't know a quality product when they see one. It came in perfect condition from Amazon and was packed equally well with all parts included.Customer Review: So far so good

I received this as a Christmas gift. I am using it to protect my photo negatives, home videos and CDs. When it was delievered the inside of the safe was damp and all of the contents(paperwork) as well. Weird for a "waterproof" safe. I dried it out and am using it. I hope I never have to discover how well it works. It is sturdy and easy to use. For size comparison- It can fit a ladies size 8 and 1/2 dress shoe box inside with about 3-4 inches of room above.Customer Review: Excellent Product

I purchased this file/safe recently and find it to be an excellent choice. From other reviews, I was concerned about its arrival in good condition, but it was flawless. The locking mechanism is easy to use, and although it is heavy, it is still quite portable. All our important papers fit well in hanging files. Third time using key in lock, lock just fell out. Honeywell is sending new lock assembly but I suggest getting a box with a combination. Then you do not have this issue or have to keep keys. I wish I had thought about this first. Is very heavy and would probably keep things safe...but lock assembly is cheaply made...disappointed in comparison to rest of Honeywell products.Customer Review: Good item for files and valuable papers

Very heavy, nice storage for valuable papers, diplomas, certificates. Deep and will also hold small valuables without files too. Only recommendation is it would be nice to have wheels. The good thing is that it would be hard for someone to carry for a distance if they were trying to take it because it is heavy
