Customer Review: Nice door but poor design of lock

I purchased this door at Home Depot. This is a nice looking door and seems to be solid. I never did read up on how it became rated at '700 lbs'.
There are two flaws when locking from the inside:
1. The door handle is too close to the door jamb; it makes it difficult to open and close the thumbturn.
2. The thumbturn is so small that it is hard to grasp and turn. You need to use two hands (one to hold handle) and concentrate when locking/unlocking door.
Finally I was surprised to see such small keys. The keys look like they belong to a padlock. Small key makes it difficult to grasp and get leverage when locking/unlocking.
