A quick and easy test of your basic water quality. Most results are immediate. The bacti test takes the usual 48hrs. I haul water and use a cistern. If any of the tests had come out suspect I would have contacted a water professional for analysis. They must not have been packed correctly at the factory.
You might want to call and ask if that test is now included before ordering.

This product had poor instructions - one set on one page and another set of instructions on another page - both extremely unclear. Of all the produts I've dealt with, this one in undoubtedly the bottom of the list. I will try to get refund from Amazon.Customer Review: I guess it works...
