This flag has a very secure edge on the end to keep it from splitting apart over time. It has a strong hem with multiple stitching. I bought it as a gift for a friend whose flag has ripped apart at the end over time. I'm sure he will like this flag!Customer Review: Excellent

For the price, this is a great flag. The workmanship is solid, and we fly the flag daily at our business 24/7 on a lighted pole in all sorts of weather, and it's held up better than expected for the few weeks it's been up. Well worth it.
