this jewelry box is more beautiful in person than it is in the picture! the high gloss lacquered finish on the outside and the velour lining on the inside give it a sense of richness without the rich price.
it has plenty of storage spaces for rings, earrings, bracelets, and body jewelry. in addition, the storage areas are very well placed and allow for easy organization. i use the earring slots to hold earrings, belly button rings, and pendants. similarly, i use the two open ring trays to place my thin bracelents in (bulkier or thicker bracelets tend to cause the box to not close as smoothly). the bottom drawer i utilize to store my necklaces in.
the reason i gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is for two reasons. my first complaint is that i don't have enough storage space for all of my necklaces. the second thing that i dislike is that the storage spaces for the earrings tend to allow earrings (or body jewelry) to move from one tiny storage space to another because they aren't completely attatched to the bottom of the tray. with that said, i think this is a jewelry box definately worth purchasing. it's a great product at a great price and i've been very happy with it overall.
