Great air conditioner! Saved our lives...unusual hot and dry summer with almost two straight weeks of 90 - 100 degrees. We ordered one for our daughter as well. With three little kids, her family was melting. The air conditioners were on our front porch in less than 24 hours from ordering even tho they had to go from east coast to west coast....we are thrilled!Customer Review: Too noisy

I have had this A/C for two years. The noise the fan makes, even at the lowest setting is intolerable. It cools moderately well, but if you want to read in the same room with this beast, I would suggest wearing earplugs, if you want to watch TV, wear headphones. If you want to have a conversation, forget it. This Spring, I'm shopping around for a quieter model.Customer Review: This is a very good air conditioner!

I bought this during a heat wave in the NW. The local stores sold out & I was lucky to find this online. I pd. $239.99 with free shipping. It was delivered in exactly one week. It is the right size for my house. My son likes the remote control feature with the room temperature showing. It is a bit loud but we are not complaining. I am very happy with this product. Amazon shipping was just great.
The unit is a little on the loud side , but works great for cooling. I am cooling around 900 sq ft room and it does a very good job. The thermostat is great as it shuts off when it reaches the correct temp you have it set for.

I wanted an Energy Star-rated ac unit that would help cool my room but not blow up my electrical bill. This unit has done the trick. It's not the quietest ac unit I could have purchased but it's no louder than a fan would be and it cools the room quickly. Plus it has a high energy-efficiency rating. I definitely recommend this product.
