For [] bucks plus free shipping these are a steal. They have 3 weights in them (one at each end and in the middle). The insulation seems fine but done expect perfection. These are not going to seal out all the drafts just by the nature of their design. There are better solutions for winterizing windows and doors you don't plan on opening until spring. This the a great solution for the door's and window's you still want to be able to open over the winter yet still good some draft protection and insultion.Customer Review: Does NOT stop anything!

I bought this product because of the good reviews it received. This "draft stopper" doesn't stop anything. It is much too light to stay in place -- if you push it into place at one end, the other end swings away from the door! Supposedly, the little bags of stone are supposed to weigh it down. Nope. I am very disappointed in this product. What ever happened to the old type draft stopper? They weighed about 2 lbs and never moved unless you wanted them to. I bought two of these draft blockers and am very disappointed with them. They have very little weight to them. They are filled with batting and have a small bean bag at each end to weigh them down. Because they are so light they can't create anything close to a seal which would block a draft. They are more attractive than the towel I have been using to block the cold coming from my doors, but they are not as effective. We purchased this as a noise blocker for the gap under my son's door leading to his bedroom. After weeks of using a towel, I found this and thought I would give it a shot. Unlike some of the other reviews here, I think it is sufficiently heavy enough and gets the job done! The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it is a little too long for our standard door frame. No big deal though. Great product for the price. Absolutely worthless! The description states that the draft stop can be used on most doors and will slide with the door when it is openened. It slips out everytime you swing the door open or close and would not stay still with the door. I was soooo frustrated because not it's useless! I thought it would fit snug and tight under the door but not it was hard to put under the door and easily slip out when you close/open door. Waste of money!!!
