I agree with the person who mentioned about its design. The fact is, the bulb points in the left direction, so the light it drops on the frame is also not 'centered'. This would give an odd look to the frame- the left portion being lit brighter than right side (assuming the light is installed at the center of the frame). For the same reason I logged on to Amazon reviews BEFORE I drill the screws. Man, I saved myself. I had no idea about its bulb being a problem too. Now I am going to return it to Home Depot and buy an LED light instead.
