After about a month of use, the button kept getting stuck, which is extremely annoying because the bell just continues to ring until you unstick the button -- I had to use a kitchen knife to pry it out. Luckily I had the second button so I easily switched that out. Then after about 3 months of use, the unit just stopped working completely. I bought new (C) batteries for the chime but that didn't fix the problem. Now I am stuck finding a battery for the button (an A23 12V battery, a small battery that I couldn't find at the grocery store.) If this thing still doesn't work after I replace that battery, then this unit would have just lasted me a total of 4 months of use. I live in L.A. so it's not like this thing was subjected to any adverse weather. I hereby booooo this product and recommend you find something more reliable.
