The buttons on the remote units stick in place when pushed to hard and cause the 'doorbell' to ring constantly if you are not home to answer it - wearing the battery down. Couple that with an expensive and unusual battery needed for replacement, and I guarantee that you will be better off with a more expensive unit that is more reliable. This was installed in five minutes. The hardest part was puting the batteries in the buttons. I recomended it to several people already. I told a woman that she could install it with no problems. She will use the double sided tape to install the buttons and she could just put the chime on a shelf somewhere.. Great Product!Customer Review: Perfect!

If you live in BelAire or the Hamptons you might want something a little more snooty...but if you're like me and just want a really functional doorbell, with two remote buttons that don't look like garage door openers, and that really works as advertised, then this is the product for you. I purchased this wireless doorbell for emergency purposes. My mother is 93 and uses a walker. Our bedrooms are in seperate parts of the house. She can contact me at night with this system. One push button in my mothers bathroom, one for bedroom. The main unit will sound in my bedroom if an emergency occurs.Customer Review: Just what I needed

This doorbell worked great. I live in an apartment and don't want to have to put screws in the walls. My apartment is rather large, and the reason I need this is because I can't hear people knocking. The range on this thing is awesome. It works no matter where I put it in my apartment. Definitely a good buy!
