I just got this today and installed it immediately. This is a great product and the fact that GE has made the product shows off in its finish and quality. The product works exactly as advertised and is much better than buying cheap imitation products. The only small issue is the stick tape is weak however there are panels to screw this on and this comes with screws. I just wish that this also had an audio connection with this. I feel you cannot get a better product made by GE at this price. If you are looking for a garage parking guidance, this is it.
The only cons of this product are that the stick tape is of a poor quality, in day light, you have to carefully look for the lights to blink. If the colour of the display unit piece was black, it would be easier to see the light.
Another good product available on Amazon.Co.Uk is Parking Dyanmics No Holes EMF Sensor. This is a much upscaled product and can assist in parking as well.

Purchased a new home with the garage side ways to the lot. Must make a tight turn to pull into the garage. My F250 crew cab is a tight fit front to back. I would either touch the front wall or not clear the garage door. The Ultrasonic sensor has prevented this issue altogether.When pulling into the garage a yellow light begins to flash slowly and as I approach the wall it flashes faster and then turns red. Perfect the bumper is 1 foot from the wall and the garage door closes. The only issue now is I tend to pull in much to fast. I can see a problem here but thats my issue. Mounting the unit was easy, pulled the truck up near the wall and screwed the unit right in front of the bumper( most front area of the truck). The light unit is then mounted higher up the wall to be easy to see from the drivers seat. Beats the heck out of the hanging a tennis ball. Looks better too.Customer Review: GARAGE SPACE SAVER

I researched all the devices for parking in my garage, previously used 4x4's on floor placed to bump my front tire against but they were constantly out of place and collected dirt around them. I narrowed my search down to two and since I have a two-stall garage,ordered both this and the stop sign that flashes. It works as advertised and is simple to install you end up with nothing on the floor to collect dirt or get out of place. The stop sign also works great and is even simpler to install but has to be moved for cleaning and reset. They have both been in use for a month work great, and allow maximum space in front or back. Bought this b/c I recently purchased a really expensive car and didn't want to keep guessing the correct position or bear the guilt of putting dings in the bumper if I guessed incorrectly. So far so good...It works perfectly. I ordered this versus the laser devices since I need to back in, so there would be no way to position a laser to hit the dash with the garage door overhead. I positioned the LED light unit on the back wall at a height that allows me to see it in the rearview mirror. I pull in slowly, it flashes green at 5' than yellow at around 4' and finally red at 3', and I'm done parking. Perfect alignment each time. The sensor is positioned a foot lower, so it allows forward or reverse parking. With the GE name, I expect this thing to last a while.Customer Review: Confident Parking in...Delicate...Garage

Our two-car garage accommodates a compact car, motorcycle, and workbench. With an epoxy finnished floor and chair for the dog to sit in, it's like an extension to the interior of our house. The car needs to be parked precisely for the automatic door to close, for us to access a closet in front of the car, and for the motorcycle and shop to have their space. This GE product was easy to install, has a nice design, and works. The 1-2-3 foot setting also works for us: at two feet, we can still access the closet in front of the car and the door can close behind it. (But just in case I also laid down a heavy yellow, commercial parking bumper should anyone miss the GE unit's red warning light.) Works well, nice design.
