I originally found that buying the filters individually from another vendor was slightly cheaper than buying these 3 together, but when shipping was factored in, it did make more sense to buy the 3 pack. I say more for less, because price per each was cheapest when buying the 3 versus 1, 2, 6, or any other combination that was out there. Make sure you take the time to weigh all your options so you make sure you're getting the best deal possible.

Great filter. The length of time you get depends on how much water you run through them. The water flow will start to slow and you decide how slow it can go before you replace it. Great product. Price is fairly high but alternatives are just as high. THey could not be easier to change.Customer Review: As advertised

Nothing too special. These filters are as advertised and fit right into our 10-year old GE refrigerator. Just much cheaper than what my local Sears charges. With very active chilled water and ice cube use, we usually get 6-8 months out of these before they show signs of clogging.Customer Review: Where's it Made?

Does the job and does it well. Filters so that the water has no after-taste. But I see nowhere on the packaging or item itself WHERE it is made and I know GE outsources most of the manufacturing of their products. And I think they're the only company who makes this filter. :(
