I use this as a key-chain knife for opening bags & boxes at work, which is all I could really think anyone would be buying this for. I needed to put a bit of muscle into it to cut zip ties, but for anything else it was plenty sharp enough, and I'm sure i could sharpen it on my own to make that easier. I had a cheapo knife prior to this and it fell apart in about 3mos, this one is much more sturdy.
