Customer Review: Most Useless piece of trash I have seen in a long time.

Here's the thing... the pillow is stuffed and shipped in a box about a third of the size of the pillow, so of course all of the air is out. But wait, when I took it out of the box and tried to make it fluff up, no luck. Usually when a pillow hits the air again, it will immediately bounce back into usable condition. Not this one. I fluffed and fluffed and fluffed, nada. I even put it in my clothes dryer, thinking that it needed a strong airflow to it. That was a waste of time and money. The darn thing won't fluff up. I called the retailer and they wanted to send me another one before giving me a refund. Aha, it can packed in the same small box and would not fluff up. What the heck!! I am having surgery soon and I need a pillow that I can sit up on in my bed. This thing is not triangular on one end and cone shaped on the other, it is simply two big lumps of cotton. I wonder if anyone else had this problem, now I have to ship 2 of them back. I called again today and the rep. wanted to send me another one. That would make 3!!! Come on, enough already, just give me my money back. If it can't be shipped already fluffed up, It is useless to me.
