I bought this clock for my dolphin loving 14 year old. She loves it. It is a clock. It is in the shape of a dolphin. It has an alarm. We got what we paid for, and the dolphin is adorable.
Considering the price, I expected it to be a cheap piece of plastic, and it is. The pegs that fit in the back to make a clock that stands up on a desk-top fall out, but that could be fixed with glue.
The tick is the loudest tick I have ever heard, and I used to work in a clock shop where we sold over 300 clocks, all of which were kept ticking. The tick is really, really loud. I can hear it from another room. My daughter says she doesn't care, she got used to it the same hour she got the clock. Did I mention she is 14? And it's a dolphin clock.
I figure when it breaks, and it will, we will use it for a picture frame. It's a cute dolphin.
