I was thrilled with the prompt delivery, quicker than anticipated.
The price was excellent, and overall the products are better than expected. We have one minor issue with the lid of one of the square ottomans. There appears to be a tack nail under the fabric. It is not sticking anyone to hurt them, but I can see its outline from the top and can press on it enough to confirm that it is clearly not the padding.
It's not worth shipping the product back, but it calls for a little better quality control before something is shipped out.
