What can I say? Nothing too fancy. It is a lamp. And it works well. I read some other reviews which complained about the on-off switch not being on the base. With all due respect, almost all of the desk lamps I have used in the past did not have an on-off switch on the base. You know, it is not that hard to get up from the chair to switch off the lamp, and honestly, even if it is, I can easily reach to the switch on the wiring from my chair to switch it off. It all depends on how you set it up on your desk.
It is a good lamp. It has a large base with a lot of space to keep your stationery. That is a good feature. The bulb that comes along with the lamp is a good one. It is bright yet it does not emit much heat. The lamps I have used in the past made me feel like I was burning in hell. But, that is more the feature of the bulb rather than the lamp. Hey, but still...they give you the bulb for free with the lamp, instead of being cheap-scape. So, to sum it up, it is a good lamp with good large base that does not emit much heat. I am happy with it. And the price is very reasonable. The worse lamps I have bought before cost more.
