I ordered a 6ft/6 fish rain chain from Good Directions. After waiting a couple of weeks, I received a 3ft/2 fish chain. I immediately notified Amazon. I returned the chain, reordering this same purchase; 6ft/6 fish rain chain. I received it a week later. I, again, received a 3ft/2 fish chain. Now I see they are offering a 6ft/4 fish chain. What??? I always give second chances with patience and hope issues would be resolved, but rarely a third. After speaking to Amazon on the phone once more, I was assured the matter would be looked into. That was over a week ago, I haven't heard back.
