The thing works great on 8ft drywall. Today was the first time i used it.To me the best reason to use this tool is that you carry the sheet of material much lower so you can see where in the HELL you are going.No more hitting the tops of doorways.So Ez to use a monkey could do it.Customer Review: The Gorilla Gripper

I purchased the Gorilla Gripper for my dad. He seen a neighbor using one and would not quit talking about it. He is currenly using it to work on his honey do list around the house. This makes hauling plywood sheets a bit easier to handle. There are other grippers available but I have not used any other kind. Therefore I can only speak of this particular gripper and cannot make any comparisons. For my needs this works fine.Customer Review: The Gripper grips

I got it. I used it. It worked great as long as I had enough strength to lift the object. It would hold for 2 - 4'x8'x1/2" sheets of sheetrock but I did not have enough strength in one arm to lift them. So I did one sheet at a time.
