The sockets work well enough and have a decent verity for the price...
...but the case is absolutely horrible! It is made of cheap, thin, hollow plastic that is essentially disposable. The sockets are not held in place with friction, and the lid does not prevent them from moving around while the case is closed. The latches on the front do not snap closed effectively, so I have spilled the contents on multiple occasions.
**Edit**
I ended up attaching some fitted dense foam to the top of the case with double stick tape and the sockets are now held snugly in place. I'm still looking for a better locking mechanism, but with this easy modification, I now rate this with a solid four stars instead of 3.

I wanted to DIY car mechanic
so I started by changing the spark plugs, ok that went fine, the spark plug socket works
then I wanted to do my oil change, the ratchet and extension broke, there is a part that stayed in it, I removed it but it is still broken (see picture) [...]
I didnt even force the thing, even the ratchet is no longer locking
I went to a car centre, showed the ratchet and extension, and I was told that I shouldnt purchase cheap ebay stuff, that didnt come from ebay..
so I dont know if it is a defect (2 parts defect in the same box??) or if this is really low quality, but I would NOT recommend this kit to anybody

I do not suggest that you buy this set. I was expecting a case that would snap each piece into place to securely hold it there when you transport the case. That is not what I got. When I received the item, all of the pieces were all over the place inside the case. So far, I have managed to carry it fairly carefully, and I have not had to re-organize again, but I'm sure the firt time that I forget and pick it up by the handle, all of the pieces will fall out of their spot and I will have to reorganize the case all over again.Customer Review: 99 piece Tool Set that does the Job

This set handles all of the jobs i need it for, without failure. I will say that for some reason the case will not keep the sockets in there slots. My remedy for this problem was to cut a piece of cardboard in the shape of the case and it solved my issue. As always i find great deals and prices on Amazon. I bought this because I needed something inexpensive with lots of choices of sizes.
The pieces fall all over the place when you pick it up by the handel... Every time I am going to use it i have to hunt for the correct size...
I would have sent it back but I forgot to return it in time...
