Tools and Hardware Reviews of Greenlite NL/WH/3/1/CD/1 - LED 3-in-1 Night Light, Emergency Light, & Flashlight - GREAT STOCKING STUFFER!Customer Review: Excellent nightlight...even during blackouts!! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this item when we had a blackout and my 2 year old woke in the middle of the night and was screaming because his nightlight obviously wasn't working. I got online and did a search for a battery back up nightlight and am really happy with this purchase. The nightlight is on the weak side...not nearly as bright as his original one, however, it does the trick. I keep it on the auto on/off setting to come on at night and off in the morning. It also has a mini flashlight feature that will probably also come in handy in the event of blackouts. I would buy again.
Customer Review: Reasonable buy Summary: 4 Stars
Works as advertised. Comes charged. I bought the light to provide illumination for a cat's litter box at night and as an emergency light for power failures, which happens in my neighborhood more often than I want.
I wish the nightlight was brighter. The two Leds behind the bezel are dimmed during this mode and the light can't be aimed. In the power failure mode, they become very bright and furnish good light. The single LED flashlight, which I don't expect to use, isn't very bright but in an emergency better than nothing and certainly easy to find.
Customer Review: Not recommended Summary: 2 Stars
I really did'nt like this product.
Here is why:
- Flimsy switch. Hard to set in the "Emergency light" position.
- Poor battery. Let it charging overnight and unplugged it in the morning. It was totally discharged the next morning. It can't even hold the charge 1 day (!?)
- Light is too weak. The Flashlight mode is half decent. The Emergency Light mode is comparable to a small candle lighting a room (but white).
So please keep looking and don't waste your money as I did.
Customer Review: OK night light, sub-par flashlight, covers both outlets Summary: 3 Stars
What do you want? This is a nightlight that has battery backups and a low-power flashlight. It's got three settings: all off (but still charging), nightlight mode and flashlight mode. In nightlight mode it's a dim nightlight and if the power goes off it gets brighter. In flashlight mode it's kind of dim. You can pull if off the wall and rummage around in a drawer to find a better flashlight I suppose. But if you're like me that flashlight's batteries will be dead anyway, this one's won't, which is why I bought it.
Customer Review: Best 3-in-1 night light I found Summary: 5 Stars
I have 2 3-in-1 night lites for about 8-9 months. They plug in 24/7 and I use them every night as a night lights. Several times per month I use them as a flash light too and I complitely satisfy with the quality. 3 times I had outage in my home and they worked perfectly. The best part is: unlike the other flashlights I have, these one always can be found at the same place, they have never had discharged batteris and batteries life is long. I've never had any problem with this product and recomend it to everybody.
