Customer Review: Hard to roll, wheels are plastic

Weak product. The wheels are not rubber, they are hard plastic. It is really difficult to move anything on this dolly. The wheels don't move smoothly and half of the time the object on top of the dolly will come off the wood platform because the wheels fight each other when moving it.
On top of it, Grizzy ships it in a mountain of peanuts.
