This product is wonderful. When using a regular salt solution instead of the Breathe-ease XL Nasal Irrigation solution my nose would burn and feel so uncomfortable. Also, purchased the Grossan Nose Irrigation system which has helped to eliminate sinus headaches, stuffiness and drainage into my throat from sinusitis. This product works great. It cleanses and moisturizes your sinuses and doesn't burn. These packets are convenient because you don't have to measure. Each packet contains enough formula for one tank. Grossan Hydro Pulse Sinus Irrigation System
My wife and I both have Sinus/allergey woes and have loved this product thoroughly. Besides providing sinus relief and better sinus health, the Breathe ease is easy to use and doesnt have all the side effects that all the other "remedies" have.

I normally got about 3 sinus infections a year - being sick 2 weeks at a time with fever. The Grossan Machine and packets of this stuff have meant ZERO sinus infections over the last 18 months. Now I only use them when my sinuses start to close up - and it is great not have any of the side effects that come from other sinus medications and antibiotics.

I use the Breathe-easeXL packets almost every day. It seems to wash any allergens from my nasal cavities and really helps on days when I'm outside, dusting or vacuuming. Even though I wear a mask, I feel better after using this product. I wouldn't be without it.
