i recently bought five wheeled glass cutters for my students in my mosaic art class and for myself....they were shipped promptly....when they arrived i gave them to my students....keeping two for myself.....one of the five had a wheel that could not be tightened making it unusable as a cutting tool....one of the one's that i used fell out of my hand and a wheel broke....neither common or extraordinary....the remaining three were good tools and my students enjoyed working with them....i contacted the vendor to ask for assistance on the defective tool and how i might purchase new wheels for the broken one....i also made clear that i was inclined to specify their tool for all of my new students....i expected some reply....hopefully,offering some aid....that was a month ago.....i have heard nothing....not word one....the product had a 20% defect rate and they didn't even show me the courtesy of sending a response saying thanks for the business....let alone offering a solution....low rent business approach
