This is one of the best products I have ever bought.
It is well thought bottom up. The installation was, which lasted about 10 min, a breeze. I want to warn people for one step though: when attaching the faucet, make sure the seal on the housing where the faucet will attached to stays in place. Mine came off on one side and it leaks.
Some minor improvements would make this product a lot better
* the paper towel holder opening is too wide for regular paper towels
* discharge hoses came with the unit are not long enough
* Bottom of the unit is not sturdy

We LOVE this product! The Reel Smart Auto-Rewind Hose Reel works like a dream. We can extend the entire 75 feet of hose in any direction, including over the railing of the deck, onto the ground and it will automatically rewind itself! The outdoor stand alone sink is also great! We use it for preparing foods prior to cooking on the grill...or other days we use it for gardening purposes. Last weekend we had a BBQ and everyone, kids included, were able to wash their hands outside instead of going in and out of the house. Received item in approximatley 1 week. When assembling unit found piece broken. Contacted ReelSmart and was told that the part was not a stocked part but was part of the sink itself. They said that a part would be sent in 1-2 weeks and if the part itself could not be sent that they would send another sink unit. After 2 weeks, contacted the company to follow up on why I had not recieved the part. Was told it was not in stock and they expected an order this week and if the part was not in the order they would send me another sink unit. Still waiting....

I love this sink! It's held up well for two summers now. It's great to be able to wash your hands when you're gardening, fill up a watering can, rinse off a plate, etc. We easily added towel racks by fitting two wooden dowels, painted and cut to size, in the holes on the side flaps. The only thing you have to be aware of is that the water drains out of a not very long hose, and if you use it a lot at one time you can end up with a big puddle. The water powered hose reel works fine if the hose you use is not too stiff, and you do have to guide it in place.Customer Review: satisfied

The "No Crank Outdoor Sink" performs as advertised. It was easy to assemble and snapped together in just a few minutes. I would recommend taking it apart and "snugging-up" all of the internal connections prior to assembly and installation to insure no unwanted leaks. The Water Powered Retractable Garden Hose Reel is a "Godsend" for a 70-plus year-old who has difficulty cranking in a bent-over position. I am satisfied with it's performance and would recommend the "No Crank Outdoor Sink Station" as a useful and convenient addition to any backyard.
