It was lightweight and compact. I would fold it and store it at a corner. I was using it for clothes that are "hang to dry", washed & taken out right away from the washing machine. I have some clothes that are hand wash only, so I would use this to hang those clothes.
I won't recommend to hang dry heavy weight clothes such as heavy coats and jackets on this. I won't recommend to carry this thing around while it has clothes hanging. It's good when it's standing up on a flat surface (not grassy lawn/garden). Also, I think strong winds might knock this thing down if you have winds around your outdoor area.
I used mine indoor because I want to avoid the sunlight (sunlight made my black-colored clothes look gray/dull).
It just broke because it fell and hit something hard since I didn't store it properly. The gray "hand" parts broke in pieces because I think they're made from plastic or some sort.
Now I'm buying another one because I love it so much!!!
In conclusion, I like it & I need it.
