I have a lack of closet space (one in the whole house) and thought this would be an excellent product to provide someplace to hang coats in the winter. The item arrived in a huge box packed with lots of air cushion bags. Despite the packaging one of the over the door hooks was completely bent forward. I was able to bend it back into its proper position but I'm not sure if it has been compromised due to the metal being bended forward and then back. I'm extrememly disappointed that one of the wood accents is missing. I checked the box and packaging thoroughly but it is totally missing. Then for the third problem-it doesn't fit over the door I wanted to use it on. I can understand that it isn't going to fit on all doors but that along with the condition it arrived in and the missing accent make me very disappointed in this item and for the first time the shipping of Amazon.
