These things are great. I am a very challenged pie crust maker, no matter how many different recipes I try. Rolling out is a particular challenge to me, and with these little things, I can actually roll out a decent pie crust from scrath. They also are extremely helpful when you're trying to transfe the dough to the pie pan. Easy to clean......what can I say? They help, believe me they help. Just make sure you get the right size, and go ahead and roll, roll, roll.
