Customer Review: Nice, but a little squirelly

It's a nice, lightweight hand truck. Just the sort of thing I needed for moving air conditioners and other heavy bulky items around. Unlike another reviewer stated, I had no issue with the instructions. I was able to follow them step-by-step without a single, "Say, what?!"
The build is a little squirrelly. I had to loosen the bolts holding the footplate in place in order to insert the axle because the frame was a bit twisted with the tightened (as per instructions) footplate. Once the axle was in and the bolts were retightened, everything was fine.
It appeared to have come missing 4 washers needed for the wheels, which meant the premium I'd paid for overnight delivery was wasted because I couldn't use the hand truck immediately, as I'd hoped. I later learned from Harper that it was the instructions that were wrong! Only two washers were required, not six. While it was nice to know that I had all the parts, the mistaken instructions still left me unable to use the hand truck in the timely manner I'd hoped. Why they couldn't have done something simple to notify buyers, like pasting a notice on the box, is beyond me.
