I am always leary about buying anything without seeing it but I was pleasantly surprised by this towel rack. It is just as it appears, nice quality, sturdy and looks great in my bathroom. The only problem, and I guess I should have paid closer attention, is the height. My bath towels are so big they drag on the floor when I fold them over the towel rack. This towel stand is great! It is tall enough for standard size bath towels, and the middle bar is good for an over-sized bath towel. We hang 3 towels on it at once. It doesn't take up a lot of room and looks nice. I don't find it flimsy at all. I think it is a great buy.Customer Review: Choosy Consumer

The standard rule 'You get what you pay for' applies with this purchase. Purchsse summary: Functional. I needed to hang / display bath towels in a room with limited space. This stand is not tall enough to hang standard size bath towels from the middle bar (nevermind the others), and have the space to use the shelf as indicated in the photos. Originally purchased due to lack of choices - I'm reminded of the standard rule. If you're looking for something nicer - hold out and spend the extra $$ otherwise you'll be disappointed. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WORK FOR A PLUMBING SUPPLY WAREHOUSE & EVEN WE DIDN'T SELL ANYTHING LIKE THIS. BUT AMAZON HAD IT (THRU TRU-VALUE HARDWARE), & THEY HAD IT AT A GREAT PRICE. AND IT ARRIVED ALREADY ASSEMBLED...WHO WAS HAPPIER THAN ME!
