I was a little nervous ordering this online, especially since I wasn't familiar with the brand name. As it turns out, this heat gun performs very well. The high heat setting is actually a little too hot for most tasks...you really have to be careful not to burn whatever it is that you're working on. I'm happy with this purchase.
