Customer Review: Terrible, Not Nearly "Heavy Duty", False Claims

I purchased this item with the intent to use it to store cosmetic & bath items I sell on an online auction site. It sounded great, & it looked like something I could definitely put to use. I was sorely mistaken.
Not only is the frame flimsy & thin, but even though the outside box was undamaged, every piece of the frame inside arrived severely bent. I actually had to bring this item to my father so he could bang the dents out of it with a hammer... otherwise, it would have never lined up correctly to be assembled at all.
We are not construction-inept people, & yet it took a philips head, flat head, wrench, hammer & 2 hours of time (plus frustration!) in order to get this organizer fully assembled. I still don't trust it to hold my items in a safe manner without the whole thing tipping over!
Do yourself a favor... Sam's Club. They have a 5-or-so tiered shelving unit with bins that can be customized to fit anything you wish with the included bin dividers. The whole unit is on wheels, & is about as "no-assembly-required" as possible. That's my next course of action, after I return this piece of tin!
