Customer Review: Don't let your laundry pile up!

We had this for about 5 months and it was GREAT... until it broke. Right around the time I was about to have our second child our laundry started piling up a lot... Being short [5'2"] it's already hard enough trying to get things like socks from the very bottom of the bags, and then having a huge pregnant belly on top of that made it all the more difficult, so our laundry pile got pretty big [minus the whites side], and one day it just snapped randomly. Also, it's true, the wheels don't roll very well on ANY surface, so ours just sat stationary the entire time we used it.
So, if you don't let your laundry pile up, and you don't mind this sitting in a corner or something the entire time you have it then it's an AWESOME product, otherwise I suggest you keep looking!
