I just bought this fan and I was impressed as soon as it came out of the box. The fan has a great ability in blowing the air in the room and it is very quiet for the awesome job it does. However there are some problems with the fan and they are that the remote control does not work unless pointed right at the sensor at the fan. Also I don't like how the fan speed setting is the same button and the power button. For example, if you want to change the fan speed from low to high, and you have the fan turning and has a certain setting set, you have to turn off the fan and then turn it on again and loose all of the setting that were turned on. However, overall this fan is great and gets the job done.Customer Review: Beware: fulfilled by third party. Warranty through manufacturer after 30 days.

This item is not sold by Amazon. Make sure you read the seller return and warranty policy. It may have a 30 day return policy (you may have to pay for shipping) and after that you are stuck with the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer offers a 5 year warranty but you have to pay for shipping of the fan to their facility and back. Read other reviews about it.
The fan has two height settings.
Great fan. Comes with a washable filter and two height settings.
The remote is great and can reach the tower from a variety of angles.
Pulls a lot of air. I just wish it would move less air in its low setting. Also the cord is a little short.

I've had this product for a while now and I love this fan. I have to admit the first reason why i got it is because it looks so good!!
plus people give it such good reviews so i decided to give it a try. It does push through a lot of air, it's quiet, and very efficient. I'm not sure if the air filter does anything but seeing dusts collect on the filter it does make me feel better... i figure it's doing SOMETHING right? plus it's not like i got this fan for air purifying anyway.
again i have to emphasize this is a GREAT looking fan, not only it looks expensive, even if you don't have space to put it away (i live in nyc..) it still isn't an eye sore.

A year ago I bought a Honeywell Fresh Breeze Tower on Amazon. I live in San Francisco, where homes usually don't don't need airconditioning. However, a couple of times a year, the heat is high and there are not cooling winds coming from the Atlantic. Sometimes we even get something like the Santa Ana winds - hot wind from the west. I used to just suffer through it and/or find airconditioning in a mall or move theater, waiting for nightfall to cool things down. This fan keeps me cool enough I have had friends visit when I have it on. A few of them made a B-line to the store or their computers to order one because the price, design and effectiveness are all right.Customer Review: Nice Fresh breeze

I purchased this fan today, it was easy to assemble, plastic and made in china so I exercised care when assembling, this fan is replacing the old honeywell i used for the past 6 yrs it died on me yesterday, I decided to try another honeywell...if it last 5-6 yrs as did the last one I will be fine with that..I turned it on and am impressed with how quiet it is compared to the last one..I don't plan to use the remote for any thing other than to turn off and on..nice to be able to program to the fan come on when your room reaches a certain temp though may be useful at some point..I am happy with it so far. it is attractive and does not take up much space.
