I bought this fam on clerance for $15.00 and love it. I bought it to circulate the coolness from the A/C throughout the house and it works like a gem. Mine does not click it is virtually silent, the other reviewer may have had a defective one. I can't say I'd pay $60 for it but for $15 it is well worth it. I get a lot of compliments on it too, it is pretty cool looking.
