The reviews I read said this fan was loud and did not blow much air. PERFECT! I needed another white noise generator to make a constant noise at night so I could fall asleep since my other fan was on it's last leg. This fan was so noisy I had to put it on the medium setting. It is so perfect for what I wanted I bought another one as a spare.
