Customer Review: Great doorbell, ugly push buttons

After a home renovation left my old wired doorbell system disconnected, I searched for a wireless solution. Honeywell offers many models. Though this lacks the icon display of Honeywell RCWL300A1006 Premium Portable Wireless Door Chime and Push Button or Honeywell RCWL330A1000/N P4-Premium Portable Wireless Door Chime and Push Button, I thought it looked classier and would fit better with my home decor. Even though it's plastic, it does blend in quite well and can be easily mounted. The decorative front piece snaps on and off to provide easy access to the controls for programming and changing batteries. The range has been adequate for my uses.
My only complaint, however, is that it is supplied with a rather ugly off-whtie and grey push button, which really doesn't look very elegant. I'm surprised Honeywell hasn't been able to come up with some more styles and it's a real weakness of their lineup. One acceptable-looking replacement i found was Honeywell RPWL301A1006/A Decor Wireless Surface Mount Push Button.
