Fairly easy to install - I've never installed a thermostat before so it took me about 30 minutes to figure out the wiring to make the heat, a/c and fan all work properly. Very easy to program. My bill for the first month after installing was 40% less than the same month last year with comparable temperatures. With gas prices rising I thought that was impressive and the $30.00 spent was repaid twice.Customer Review: The easy Thermostat

This Thermostat is so easy to install and program you need not think of buying any other kind. I set the temps and let the thermostat do the rest. The temps are very accurate and my house is comfortable. My last thermostat was way of the setting temps, my gas bill was high, I see a big change in my gas usage now Ihighly reccomend this thermostat for anyone looking to save money.Customer Review: Convenient and efficient

I just started using this thermostat this winter. So far, so good! It's so convenient, I never forget to turn heat down when I'm leaving and the house is always toasty when I come in. It's made a difference of about $30
/month on my gas bill. It's not the most expensive model but I can't imagine what else a more expensive one can do..except pay the bill for you!

I enjoy this 5-2 day thermostat because of the progamming features that are easy to use. Installation took a little longer than expected, but I'll tell you that if I can install this, anyone can. It has an override feature that lets you increase or decrease the temperature for 2 hours when in the programmed mode then it goes back to what the program is set to do.Customer Review: No better than the worst programmable thermostat I've purchased

... And I've purchased and installed several in various homes/apts. Installation wasn't any better or worse than others, but this one... I couldn't even get access to the controls without pulling out my toolbox! ARGH!!!!
As for doing its job... It was fine for AC, but now that I need the central heating to work, this thermostat isn't!
