This programmable thermostat really filled the bill: easy to install, easy to use, and easy on the pocketbook when purchased through Amazon (much more elsewhere, but check first). Even though we're retired, we would have loved the 5-1-1 day feature when we were out working during the week, but wanted different settings on the weekends. Time will tell if it holds up well, but at this point, I would highly recommend it.Customer Review: Easy to install, accurate to 1 deg

Easy to install if you follow instructions well.
It is very accurate as expected(+/- 1 degree). Much more accurate than the Honeywell Manual Thermostat(RTH110B) and another older Honeywell Thermostat that we had. Highly recommended.
The only drawback is that amazon shipped this small package in a large box without any filler. So, the package is rock and rolling the whole way from Amazon to my house.

This product works great! It was very easy to install, the battery compartment is simple to access when required and the illuminated screen is very helpful. Contrary to another post, the setting does not change when an up/down arrow is touched the first time, it just illuminates the display. It is only on the second touch that the setting changes. Easy to Install & works as advertised... i've only had this for a week, but can already tell the difference. Nice interface & love the LED display. We replaced a very old Honeywell therm (w/Mercury)... not only does this help modernize our house, it works great as well. Love being able to see actual house temp & programmed temp. Very easy to install. Since I am home all the time I don't use programs. My vision is not so good and I can read the display without my glasses. The box was missing the quick reference card which is supposed to mount in the unit and you pull it up for help. I called Honeywell and they were happy to send one. I don't really need the card but I want the unit complete. It works! what else can I say.
