I received this product within a couple days of ordering. It was easy to install even though the directions make it look a bit confusing. The touch screen is great and is easy to navigate. It's been in use for 1.5 year and no issues so far. Well, one minor issue, I guess. Its Adaptive Intelligent Recovery was too intelligent to our taste - after freezing for a couple of weeks we had to disable it. Other than that it's a great thermostat. This was easy to install and works great. We bought this after not being able to find a touch screen time programmable version at local retailers. The timing can be set for heat, air, air conditioning, days of week, etc (anything you can think of). The filter change reminder is nice also.

I purchased this to lower my heating costs. It was very easy to install (the colors of the wires match up to the labels on the thermostat. This is a very smart thermostat! It's set back function allows you to select multiple cycles, and it does not come on when you indicate, it determines over the course of time how long it needs to run in order to reach the target temperature at that time. Also allows the use of remote sensor(s).
