This is an excellent thermostat but it took some research beyond included instructions to get it wired correctly. I have Lennox heat pump with auxiliary gas furnace, so getting the changeover valve and auxiliary fuel wires on correct terminal took some extra research. There are numerous customizable settings making it work in any situation.Customer Review: Not trivial to install, but good performance

Unlike some other reviewers, I didn't find the thermostat easy to install with my system. The support I received from the vendor was exceptional though. After a few emails I was ready to complete the installation and all went well. The thermostat does a much better job managing the temperature than the old "standard" thermostat.Customer Review: Top-Notch Thermostat

Very easy and straight forward to install and configure, great customization. My only problem is regarding the remote sensor capability. If you enable remote sensors, it disables the sensor on the unit. If you want sensor averaging, you have to get multiple remote sensors, it will not use the local one. Excellent product. You just have to get use to the relay "click" prior to the A/C turn on and off (cycling). I don't know if it does the same for the heater mode. I haven't use it yet. Easy to program. Wiring can be a little confusing. Does take a little while to install, wire, and program. But all in all, fairly easy.Customer Review: Great Thermostat

This is a very user friendly product. The touch screen for adjustments is great. The "away" setting allows you to set a constant temp if you are away on vacation, you enter how many days to stay that way and the day and time you want the programmed temperatures to resume Never come home to a hot or cold house again.
