I own and operate a custom garage makeover business and have been purchasing the GUV vac for customer finish outs for about 3 years now. I think I have installed about 60 units to date. I have yet to get a negative comment from a customer about this vac. they all love them! The Hammered Steel looks really looks great in a Customized Garage and really sets off the garage. The units are easy to mount and set up. I have found that my female customers love them and actually use the vac out in the garage to clean out the car as well as vac the garage floor.

This is a great vacuum for use in your garage, car, and home. It has great suction power, has a very long hose to reach many places, comes with multiple, handy attachments, which make it easy to reach many high places, and has a sturdy metal canister. It's easy to empty---no bags necessary----just open up the bottom and empty contents directly into the trash. It's also easy to take off the wall and take it into your home or anywhere else if ever needed--------definitely better than a shop vac. We've had it for years, and it's still A1 like when we first bought it. It is much quieter than my shop vacuum. The suction is sufficient for my belt and oscillating spindle sanders, band saw, and small table saw. It does a good job of cleaning the floor of wood chips and dust. The long hose (30') allows me to attach it to my machines which are located in various areas of the shop. The attachments allow me to remove wood chips and dust from most of my machines. It is very easy to empty and clean and it was simple to mount on a wall.

Im really pleased this vacum has all the power to take care of the garage plus the cars. The handy storage bag for the attachments and the hose storage keeps it all together in one spot. No more pulling around the shop vac banging into things. Mounting on the wall is very easy it takes no time at all. mounting to wall studs is best in any case. Its very well made not cheaply done at all depending on mounting location with a near buy outlet for power. The hose will not only reach your car inside but outside your garage aswell. A total waste. I did not install it for about 6 weeks after arrival as I was still painting the garage. After I did install it I turned it on for the first time and it made a buzzing sound and starting smoking from the top.
Called Amazon and was told as it has been more than 30 days they have nothing to do with it anymore.
So now I'll have to deal with hoover. I probably just got a dud but wish i got it at sears now as i could take it back and let them work it out for me.
Saving $25 with amazon was not worth it in the end.
